We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re taken care of, but from time to time we may not be able to accommodate a refund.
This policy is applicable to all our products & services (“Digital Products”) available on this website.
(A) Full Refund
After invoicing of the product/services (or Course), anyone can claim a refund within 5 Days.
After passing of 5 Days (from Invoicing), you (“or customer”) can exchange the product or services in the form of a course (or courses/Membership) with a product of the same value or of higher value till 30 days of invoicing from such date.
